Before maintaining the electric stacker, first remove the accessories and valuables on the body, and then cut off the power supply.
When checking the hydraulic system, lower the fork to the lowest position to release the system pressure. When checking the oil leakage of the stacker, use paper or cardboard, and do not touch it directly with your hands to avoid burns. If the hydraulic oil is found to be dirty, it must be replaced with a clean hydraulic oil of the same brand in time to prevent damage to the hydraulic components. When draining oil, do not discharge it directly into the sewer to avoid polluting the environment.

Maintenance of electric stacker motor

First of all, the power supply must be cut off, and the motor should be inspected and maintained.
Regularly measure the cold state insulation resistance of the motor with an ohmmeter. If the resistance is too small, it should be dried.
Be sure to check whether the wiring of the motor is correct and firm, whether the commutator is clean, whether the brushes can move freely, and whether all parts are firm.
Brush wear should be checked systematically every three months. If it is severely worn, it should be replaced as soon as possible. Electric stacker manufacturers suggest that it is best to conduct a comprehensive maintenance of the motor every year.
